The deadlines for publication in The Granite State Geologist are March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 (to coordinate with our scheduled quarterly meetings on the second Thursday in January, April, and October, with a field trip in August).  Of course, you don't have to wait until the deadline to submit an article — send submissions anytime!

Submissions in electronic format are strongly encouraged: the newsletter is put together in MS Word, but the editor can open Rich-Text-Format (RTF) or most other word processing programs; text can also be extracted from the body of an email message. Send them by e-mail to beeames@loureiro.com. Art-work or images should be reproducible in black-and-white (e.g. by photocopy).
