Josh got his bachelor's degree in Geosciences from the University of Rhode Island where he focused on glacial geology and geomorphology. He earned his master's degree in Geology from Idaho State University where he studied Neoproterozoic glacial strata and Basin and Range tectonics. He recently joined the NHGS as a hydrogeologist after six years consulting in various fields from Alaska to Panama including gold exploration, geothermal exploration, and environmental assessment.
